of business at 12th Floor, York House, The Landmark, 15 Queens Road, Central, Hong
Kong. Both LMIE and LMIEHK are wholly-owned, independently operated group companies
of Legg Mason, Inc. (a New York Stock Exchange listed, diversified financial services
company based in Baltimore, Maryland).
LMIE is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA") (FRN: 190952), is a registered US investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (as amended), and is regulated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. LMIEHK is regulated in Hong Kong by the Securities and Futures Commission (the "SFC"), and has applied to be a registered US investment adviser (application pending).
