Our firm is characterised by the significant diversity of our people and reflective of the clients we serve and the markets in which we invest. We employ some 25 people across the various investment and client management disciplines.
Although we are ‘boutique’ in size some sixteen nationalities and fourteen languages are represented across the firm, with the majority of our staff having extensive first hand experience of living and/or working in an emerging market. We believe this creates an environment where experience blends with perspective and results in a firm culture which is particularly conducive to managing monies in the asset class.
The Esemplia team is a tight knit group of individuals who have worked together for a considerable period of time. Our environment is a meritocratic one where idea generation and personal contribution are encouraged and held in high regard.
